While many of those brought me success, some others didn’t fare as well and eventually failed. But that is not a big deal since most of these entrepreneurial ventures are destined to fail.

With that being said, I have three key points to make pertaining to just how successful you are in starting your own business. If you make a point to follow these rules which I have learned over the years, you will definitely have the best chance at success.

Ok, let’s talk about some of those principles. I hope they will help you like they helped me.

Dedication is the first key point. It is so important that you stay on top of things, especially when you begin. You will just about get to a point where your business will be one of your children.

Think of the way you’d treat a newborn in the beginning. You’d always be checking up on him or her, feeding the baby, and doing whatever else you could to make things as pleasant as possible. The same should go for a new business.

My second key is to be sure and work towards optimizing every little detail. Whether you are successful or fail might sometimes have to do with the little details – you never know.

I always believe that it’s the intricacies that make one person’s failure another person’s success, so I do everything that I possibly can to ensure that every little thing is done as effectively as possible.

The last suggestion that I’ll make is to pay attention to, and learn from, your failures. Way too many people fail to recognize the value in failure, and this is a costly mistake.

When you get the experience of something that doesn’t work, then you will learn just what does work. By avoiding the mistakes that were made once, any entrepreneur is going to benefit from that.

Step #1 Make The Selection

Irrespective of the condition or situations, we all get to decide whether we all want to feel happy and energized, or miserable and lethargic. Obviously, we will feel better if all of us react to life with good energy and a plan for moving forward. Taking the low road by moaning and groaning regarding life’s injustices could just result in anger, resentment and disappointment. What lots of wasted energy!

That doesn’t mean the high road is easy. Often our first impulse when something unexpected happens is to tense up, burst into tears, throw a tantrum, or look for something or someone to blame. This is a typical knee-jerk response that is related to our basic survival instinct. Acknowledge this instinct and then take a deep breath.

Stop and reflect. Ask yourself: How do I desire to feel? What will i want? (What is the desired end result?)

Step #2 Let Go

What’s on your own unhappiness laundry list?

Go ahead; make that list. Here are some samples: 1. Not enough money. 2. Too busy. 3. Betsy is always in a bad mood. 4. Bruce never does want I want him to. 5. My sister acts so nasty toward me. There’s no reason for her to be nasty!

What can you do to alter each of these unhappiness items? I’ll provide you with some hints. 1. I’m so grateful for the income we all do have. I am also thankful that many of us live in a world of opportunities where all of us could always seek out ways to augment our income. 2. I enjoy controlling my time nicely, and so i never have to feel that I am too busy to read stories to my children, or create a wonderful bedtime experience for them when they can share all of the events for the day with me. 3. I am going to do something special for Betsy today. I know she’s depressed with regards to being obese. I’m going to compliment her on her computer skills; she’s a genius and I think she does not actually know that. 4. Bruce is just 2 yrs old and he’s eager to try his wings. I’ll be loving and firm with him, letting him know who is responsible. I’ll make the rules into a game. 5. Repeat Number three with a variation. What would make your sister feel special, loved, wanted, and needed?

Place those negative feelings into the washing machine and add plenty of detergent.

How many people are you aware who can still recall a number of the terrible things that happened to them years, even decades ago? I know a woman in her mid-sixties who could still remember names that the “mean kids” called her in elementary school.

That is a long time to carry around that memory. I wonder if she remembers some of the compliments her grade school friends paid her.

For whatever reason, our minds often store “junk.” We all hold on to all the bad things that individuals have explained or done to us through the years. Again and again in our mind, we all replay tape loop of life’s injustices: justifying our hurt, anger, or bitterness.

Why? Why keep all of that? Make a list of reasons.

Can you produce a minumum of one cause of keeping yourself in a state of feeling bad, resentful, angry or depressed?? What is the pay-off?

Release the crap. Make room for additional joy!

Step #3 Be Thankful

Being grateful for which you have and who you are is important to the way you feel regarding yourself plus your condition. It’s very easy to focus on what is going wrong, but why not be thankful for what’s going right? Again, we all are deciding to feel this way, based not much on what is happening around us, but with what is happening within us.

Our bodies respond with a powerful, positive sensation when we express our gratitude; it is that sensation that creates happiness.

Concentrating on great things makes us feel good.

Has anyone ever paid you a compliment that you didn’t accept? For example, has somebody told you your new dress is very becoming and you responded by saying, “Oh, this old thing?”

Maybe at the job somebody complimented you on a job well done and also you responded, “It was nothing.”

Why is it often difficult to accept a compliment? Why can’t we be grateful and just say “thank you”?

When all of us decline a compliment, we think many of us are being humble, but the message it delivers to our subconscious is altogether different.

Rejection of a compliment sends a message to the brain that many of us are not pretty, or smart, or hard working! This reaction also makes the person who paid us the compliment feel bad because we all didn’t accept it.

When we are grateful and accept the kind words someone has given us, it makes us feel good inside. That compliment is stored in our “hard drive,” and continues to deliver positive energy.

Come with an attitude of gratitude. Make a choice to be grateful and satisfied. Be grateful for the job you have, even if you are not satisfied in that job. Be thankful for your co-workers, even though they may drive you crazy. Be pleased about your boss who is hard on you, but additionally challenges you, and makes you stretch beyond you thought you can.

I guarantee if you will begin being grateful for the things in your life that make you satisfied, and even unhappy, you will experience a great upsurge of new energy.

Suddenly, change is in the air! You might arrive at work one day and notice that you truly do enjoy your job and enjoy the uniqueness of your co-workers. You may even think everyone else has changed, but it’s truly you who turned the switch to the Happiness Channel.

Why not give that flip-switch a try? The option is staying exactly where you are; and when that does not feel good, you could have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

What motivates you? For me it has always been the desire to be innovative. I love the “eureka” moment when I envision a project in a totally new way. The core design may be something that’s been done before… adequately. But when I turn the thing around and around in my mind, I suddenly see a brand new and highly improved object.

As an artist, as well as a lover of antiques and collectibles, I sometimes think that this method of inspiration is the “shabby chic” of design. Giving new life to what was old, tired, and maybe even trash!

At each step of my career, I continue to be motivated by a deep desire to innovate, to create more great things. Sometimes I am inspired by a particular material or media, and I become motivated even before knowing exactly what I will design. This applies to new digital tools as well. Sometimes, in the learning curve of new artistic tools, I find immediate inspiration when I see how a technique will fit a future project. This is such a huge motivator for me, that the new tool becomes a new project, and often overrides other things I am working on.

Creativity comes from your inspiration. And that is the core of motivation. When you are intensely inspired, the urge to DO is overwhelming, and in such a positive way. This article goes further in describing how to recognize and use your motivation.

Wow! Here we are in 2009 and I’m well on my way with creating more graphic templates for my money making blog! In case you don’t know who I am, my name is Albert Hallado and I’m a full time blogger.

One of the king reasons I want to talk about blogging is that I believe it is so important because of the significant amount of revenue that I have generated using my wordpress blog. I don’t say that to brag, but I humbly explain this to my students and followers simply so I can motivate them to do the same.

Whether it’s losing a job or dealing with the financial stress of not having money to support my family, I’ve had my share of hardships. Through it all, I managed through my faith in God and my loving family to be consistent in blogging at least twice a week for the past year or so.

Whether it was losing two jobs and the financial difficulties that followed, I’ve gone through my share of tough times. I didn’t know how I was going to feed my family, let alone pay for the health care that I now was without.

Yes, even now when times are bleak in the world, even with negativity swirling around in every corner this great world, my family and I have managed to develop a simple plan of keeping focus and being consistent by blogging just two times a week.

Look for whatever it is that pushes you everyday, that makes you get out of bed when you don’t feel like it, or what causes you to do things that you do everyday, to help motivate yourself in being consistent with your online business.

Yes, life is tough, and it’s not always sunshine and rainbows. People are losing their jobs at a high rate, never seen since the great depression. But what I am about to say, may change your life. It did for me and my journey has just began.

Find what is positive in your life and use that as a motivation tool to began your journey to making your online business successful. For me, it was my family. You see, my kids only see the good in me and they are always so happy. Maybe it is because they are so young, but it has made me realize is that this is why I blog!

Nothing good happens overnight, so be patient and be consistent. Focus on the things that you have control of, and put aside the things that you do not.

Everything good and worthwhile happens over time, so be persistent in your efforts. Stay focused and use what is good in your life as an engine to make you more successful in 2009!

Folks, I hope this will help some of you who need motivation, or to someone who can use encouragement in these tough times.
